How to Download and Activate Office 2024 LTSC

Guide to Activating Office 2024 LTSC

In this guide, you will learn the necessary steps to download and activate Office 2024 LTSC directly from Microsoft. This version is slightly different from the Retail versions and requires a few additional steps. The tutorial is intended exclusively for Windows operating systems. Also, this key is not associated with a Microsoft account and is not entered on the setup.office.com website.

1. Download Office Deployment Tool

To get started, access and download the Office Deployment Tool from the official Microsoft website:

2. Using Office Customization Tool

After downloading the Office Deployment Tool, you will need a configuration.xml file. This can be generated using Office Customization Tool. Access the link and choose the following settings:

  • Architecture (32/64 bits)
  • Product (Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 – Volume License)
  • Desired language
  • In the "Licensing and activation" section, select the MAK option and add the purchased key.

After completing the settings, export the Configuration.xml file.

3. Download Office

Place the downloaded file along with Configuration.xml in a folder of your choice. Open CMD, navigate to that folder using the cd command (for example, cd Desktop/Office2024) and run the command:

setup /download configuration.xml

4. Install Office

Open CMD again, navigate to the folder where you downloaded Office 2024 (using cd, for example cd Desktop/Office2024), and run the command:

setup /configure configuration.xml

Alternative Option

If you find it complicated to download Office directly from the Microsoft website, don't worry. We have already downloaded the files and placed them on our server. Follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Go to Download Manager and search for "Office 2024 LTSC". Download the ZIP file.
  • Step 2: After downloading the file, extract it (unzip it).
  • Step 3: Click on the "setup.bat" file (right-click and choose "Run as administrator").
  • Step 4: After installation, open Word and enter the key you purchased from us.

Activation

Open Word or Excel. A new window will appear where you can enter your product key. If the window doesn't appear, go to Account (bottom left corner) and click on Activate Product.

In the next window, you'll have two options: online activation and phone activation. If online activation doesn't work for you, select phone activation. You will receive an activation ID. Visit our phone activation page and enter your ID to complete the process.
