If you encounter issues with the purchased digital key, please follow the steps below, in order:

- Before contacting the seller, please carefully re-read the full product description, terms of use, and system requirements on the product page.
- This information often includes essential details about activation regions (region lock), platform compatibility (Steam, Origin, etc.), and any other limitations that may affect the key's usability.
2. Follow the provided activation instructions
- Most activation issues can be resolved by carefully following the step-by-step instructions provided by the seller along with the key (sent via message or available on the download page).
3. Contact the seller directly
- Our marketplace connects buyers with independent sellers.
- The first step for any product-related issue (including key activation) is to contact the seller through the "Conversations" section in your account, using the existing conversation for that specific order.
- The seller is best positioned to provide you with activation-specific support and troubleshooting solutions for the purchased product.
4. Contact Marketplace Support
- If you have contacted the seller, checked all the details, and followed the instructions, but the issue persists without a response or solution from the seller, you can escalate the situation to our Marketplace Support team.
- You can reach us through the support form in your dashboard or via the contact form. Please have your order number ready along with a summary of the steps you have already taken. We will step in to mediate and find a solution.
Please note:
- Our support covers situations where key activation fails due to an issue directly related to the key (e.g., key already used, invalid, or region-locked) and no resolution has been reached with the seller.
- We cannot provide technical support for software usage, in-game issues, hardware compatibility, or performance problems, beyond the key's validity and proper activation.
